We target all cities, property management groups, state and local government agencies. We have a professional staff that is committed to exceeding customer expectations and is the core principle that LEL Building Services is built on. Experience
LEL Building Services was founded in 2015 by Linwood Little Jr., who has over twenty-five years of collective experience in the cleaning industry. He has pooled his resources to develop a new strategy for reaching and serving business clients. LEL Building Services operates out of two office locations in Norfolk and Chesapeake Virginia. They have trained cleaning crews to service clients in the Hampton Roads area to cover all Seven Cities. Mr. Little personally oversees all aspects of his company to ensure complete accountability.

LEL Building Services can provide commercial cleaning service for all types of office space, educational space, and medical space, along with offering carpet cleaning, construction clean up, trash removal, snow removal, restroom restoration, grout cleaning, marble floor restoration, stripping and waxing VCT, window cleaning, and pressure washing. Services will be environmentally friendly, both in terms of the products we use and in the methods of disposal.
